vahetasin arvutil kõvaketta, installisin uue windowsi xp professional, tõmbasin netist uue live messanger 8,0, probleem selles, et ei saa shared folderit kasutada, ütleb et mu arvuti ei toeta seda...minu arvates on vist probleem selles, et arvutil endal ei ole vastavad programmi (ma ei tea siis mis vaja on, kas art..midagi või hoopis ...) no ei kujuta ette, ei ole arvutis nii kõva käsi. Palun abi selles asjas, mis peaksin tegema, et saaks teiste listis olijatega foldereid jagada.

Troubleshoot Sharing Folders
To use Sharing Folders, both you and your contact must be using Windows Live Messenger 8.0 or a later version.
Sharing Folders might not work if:
You're logged in as a guest without privileges to send or receive files.
Windows Live Messenger was set up by someone who doesn't have administrator privileges and can't give access to other users.
You or your contact has a Messenger add-in that interferes with Sharing Folders.
You haven't installed a security update that you need to have to share folders.
You don't have enough free hard disk space.
If you're having trouble using Sharing Folders:
Make sure that you can send an instant message to your contact.
Try sharing with a different contact to see if the problem affects only one contact.
Send a single file by using the conversation window.
Set your status to Online, and ask your contact to do the same.
Make sure that you and your contact have Sharing Folders enabled. For more information, see Share or transfer files.
Make sure that you and your contact have not blocked each other. For more information, see Contact displays the wrong status.
Add a new test file to the sharing folder. Restart Messenger, and then sign in again.
If the problem persists, log on to your computer as an administrator, and then remove and reinstall Messenger.
If the problem still persists, you or your contact may need to convert your system partition (A partition can be a section of your hard drive, or the entire drive. Partitions are usually created before the operating system is installed. For most home users, the hard drive has only one partition.) to NTFS (A file system that provides performance, security, reliability, and other advanced features.) . For more information, see Unable to use Sharing Folders.
Notes
If you or your contact have a firewall installed on your computer, it may be blocking Sharing Folders. For more information about changing your firewall settings, see your firewall documentation.
If a file contains large amounts of data, or if you have multiple contacts set up for sharing, file transfer may be slow. Transfer times also vary depending on your Internet connection.
Messenger blocks certain files from being shared because they may be unsafe. These files are marked with a red exclamation point. They may have .exe, .cmd, or .js file name extensions, or they may be hidden, system, or temporary files.

no ma lugesin seda infot sealt trouble shoot sharing folderist, jh, nii minul kui sellel kellega tahan jagada kaustu, on mõlemil live messanger 8,0, see peaks ju lubama, aga ma kaldun ise arvama , et asi ei ole messangeris vaid minu enda arvutis, mul ei ole neid programme, mida vist vaja oleks (no erinevad inimesed on mul siin rääkinud et peaks olema flash playerid, siis soovitati tõmmata Nimo codec pack, et see pidavat alati abiks olema jne jne)
